When was your group established? This helps track your journey and can be used for anniversaries and reporting.
Make your purpose as short and specific as possible. Take as long as you need to discuss all ideas together as a group and to craft a concise purpose that everyone agrees with. This is the core foundation for your collaborative work - everyone should be entirely comfortable with, and excited by the idea of achieving your shared purpose - it is the objective of your collaboration.
